Shipping & Return Policy 

Once an order is placed, it is processed and cannot be modified or canceled. Please make sure that you check all items in your cart and your shipping address before checkout and submitting your order. If using PayPal as a payment method, please ensure you are utilizing the correct AND desired address associated with your account for the delivery of your Milestone Manager products. We have no capability to alter addresses associated within the PayPal system. Additionally, it is our sincere hope that you are fully satisfied with your Milestone Manager products, however we are unable to exchange items once purchased. All orders are final sale and are non-refundable. 

Damaged Items

All Milestone Manager products go through a quality control check before being packaged for shipping. A slight bend in the binding, small indentations, wrinkles, and creases in the paper or cover are signs of a hand designed product. Variations can occur during the printing process. We have learned when printing custom planners, imperfections may happen and these unpreventable and minor variations are something that makes each product unique. These characteristics do not affect the usability of a Milestone Manager product and are not considered damaged. 

If you receive your order and find it damaged from shipping or have any issues with it, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, a claim may need to be filed with USPS, or damaged items may be repaired or replaced with the exact same style item.

Incorrect Items

If you received the incorrect item, please send us an email at hello@milestonemanager.co - with an image of the item you received to help us expedite your order and assist you with a speedy solution.

Undeliverable Shipments

If your order is undeliverable due to address issues, we can either resend it to you for shipping cost or we can refund your card less shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. 

International Orders

International orders require extended shipping time, sometimes several weeks, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for lost shipments or damage.
